Built in 1996, The Crossings at Fox Run is a 450,000 SF open-air regional mall located in Newington, New Hampshire. Equitable Life Assurance of America hired The Kane Company to lease prime retail space at The Crossings to national and regional retailers.

Solution
The Kane Company's leasing strategy helped to secure tenants such as Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, Kitchen, Etc., Michaels' Stores, Decathlon, Best Buy and Kohl's Department Stores.

The Crossings at Fox Run is Portsmouth’s premierepower center adjacent to the largest retail mall in the New Hampshire coastal area. The Crossings draws from the largenumbers of year-round vacationers in conjunction with the local shoppers of the seacoast as well as from metropolitan Boston and Portland.
