Challenge
Emerson Electric, manufacturer of electrical, electromechanical and electronic products, and member of the Fortune 500 list, required a 50,000 SF office/manufacturing building for relocation purposes.

Solution
Emerson Electric hired The Kane Company for the build-to-suit project. After a site search, Emerson chose Pease International Tradeport. The Kane Company successfully secured all approvals, coordinated design, pre-construction and construction activities, and finalized completion and move-in.

Additional Information
Opened in May 2002, the 50,000 SF office building was completed on time and under budget. Also built into the design of the building was the ability to construct an additional 15,000 SF to allow for future expansion.
