To redevelop and reposition a vacant 54,000 SF building, formerly a school for children of military personnel at Pease Air Force Base, into a multiple-use office space, and to locate tenants.

Additional Information
Upon completion of the renovations and repositioning of the building, our brokerage professionals successfully closed lease transactions with companies such as Sylvan Learning Centers, Net-to-Net Technologies, Anvil International, and Meetinghouse Data, increasing occupancy to 100%.
