Challenge
Bottomline Technologies, a leading global technology provider of financial resource management software and services, decided to relocate its corporate headquarters from Massachusetts to New Hampshire.

Solution
After consulting with The Kane Company and conducting a thorough area search, Bottomline Technologies decided to design and construct a $10 million build-to-suit, 100,000 SF office building at Pease International Tradeport. To meet the needs of this high-tech company, this state-of-the-art office building is equipped with a high-tech data center and conference facility, including fiber access to multiple communication carriers, multimedia customers and an employee training center.

Additional Information
After completion of the project, Bottomline Technologies determined that they only needed 65,000 SF of space. The Kane Company successfully leased the balance of the space to First Signature Bank/John Hancock Insurance and David Wendell & Associates.
