Challenge
Aprisma Technologies, a network management software company, developed a requirement for a large office and research and development facility.

Solution
Needing 100,000 SF of space, Aprisma Technologies hired The Kane Company to construct the build-to-suit facility. After an extensive search, a site at Pease International Tradeport in Portsmouth, New Hampshire was chosen. In addition to providing development management services, The Kane Company and Kane Property Management managed the construction and assisted in the move-in to the new facility.

Additional Information
After indicating the need for less than the original space allotted, our team of brokers successfully leased the remaining office space to Liberty Mutual and Tyco International, increasing the occupancy to 100%. In the end, the facility was completed on time and under budget.
