EXPERIENCE
Since joining Kane Management Group in 2008, Mike’s expanding knowledge of Kane operations, network, and overall commercial property administration continues to bring a wealth of substance to the Kane Management Group. His familiarity with commercial properties through land records, tax records and comparable real estate information has provided a valuable resource to our clients.

Mike’s primary responsibilities include implementing and managing property operating and capital budgets, tenant relations, project management, and vendor contract negotiations

Mike currently manages 950,000 +/- square feet comprised of office, industrial, retail, and residential condominiums.

• In-house training for various software applications including Yardi
• Bid and procure maintenance contracts and service agreements
• Construct and monitor property budgets
• Liaison between tenants and ownership
