EXPERIENCE
Kathleen joined Kane Management Group in 2007 with over 20 years experience in the corporate paralegal environment combined with a strong commercial real estate background, with emphasis in corporate structure, acquisition, financing, asset and commercial property management.

Kathleen’s primary responsibilities at Kane are lease and contract review and audit, abstracting all contracts, acquisition and financing due diligence, corporate compliance issues, contract management, and Asset Management.

Kathleen has a unique skill set with strong attention to detail.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Integral in the successful completion of a merger, acquisition and financing a 7-property portfolio consisting of approximately 750,000 sf. for $40 Million with national lender.
• Directly involved in the documentation production to successfully conclude partner buy-out of several locations and entities.
• Abstracted and audited all leases under Kane Management Group portfolio as well as all LLC agreements; corporate entities and loan documents.
• Initiated standard Letter of Intent and Lease Agreement for portfolio-wide use; designed and implemented procedures for process; in house training.
• Created, authored and implemented numerous Kane Management Group corporate policy and procedures
• Commercial real estate management of over 1.5 Million square feet of office and retail space, including Class A office throughout New England.
• Reinstatement of corporate entities that were “administratively dissolved”
• Project Management of privately owned celebrity restaurants located in Chicago, Chapel Hill, DC, Mohegan Sun & NYC
• Paralegal duties, extensive research and document production, including preparation of court submissions regarding commercial property environmental contamination, successfully recovered approx. $12Million in damages from Fortune 100 company
• Complete renovation of 500,000 s.f. office building, mechanical upgrades; re-design landscaping and parking lot. Completed on time & 2% of Budget.
• Responsible for all corporate governance & compliance matters for all entities
