With over 20 years of extensive management experience in both the public and private sectors, Frank is an experienced facilities director as well as a senior security professional with proven ability and experience in the effective planning, operation, acquisition and remodeling corporate physical and security throughout the broad functional disciplines and hierarchy associated with a dynamic business environment.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Directed corporate facilities, safety, security, real estate, and travel at company with over 70 facilities in 32 countries. (approx. 1.3M sq ft)
- Controlled and managed a budget in excess of $30,000,000.
- Oversight of global strategic facility planning, operation, acquisition, disposition, and capital projects.
- Oversight of corporate physical and personnel safety and security.
- Served as facility security office (FSO) within the national industrial security program (NISP).
- Managed restructuring of global facility portfolio through the consolidation of over 130 owned and leased locations into 45 active facilities.
- Transformed dysfunctional facility management program into cost effective and efficient outsourced service model, saving over $1,000,000 in first year of implementation.
- Successfully fit-up several hundred thousand square feet of both office and engineering related facilities.
- Designed and implemented security packages for a broad range of facilities.
