EXPERIENCE
Emilee joined Kane Management Group in 2005 and plays an integral role in day-to-day operations for the KMG portfolio. As Client Service Coordinator, Emilee is responsible for daily harmonization of communication with tenants and property managers, as well as dispatching maintenance services and subcontractors. Her energetic personality and commitment to ensuring that all tenant’s needs are being addressed makes her a vital and invaluable asset to KMG and their clients.

• Yardi Administration
• Insurance Compliance & Coordination
ACCOMPLISHMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinated and assisted implementation of Yardi Portal®, KMG’s newest online work order system, adopted for tenant convenience and work order requests/tracking
• Maintains and updates data within Yardi ® Property Management Software to ensure it remains current and accurate
• Maintains and updates Tenant Handbooks and emergency procedures
• Coordinates and schedules vendor presentations at monthly PM meetings
• Instituted Contractor Purchase Order system
• Insurance compliance by all tenants
• Insurance coverage for portfolio
