The Kane Company sells the Coastal Business Park in Salisbury, MA |
Salisbury, MA – July 29, 2011 R & R Fifteen Main, LLC has purchased the Coastal Business Park at 15 Main Street in Salisbury, MA from Calico Commercial Properties, Inc. The park, on the New Hampshire and Massachusetts border, is sited on 1+/- acres and has 15,000 +/- SF of office and retail space he new owners intend to make building and site improvements and will continue to market the space.
Christian Stallkamp of The Kane Company listed the property and procured the buyer.
