Newington, NH - January 21, 2009 - Great Bay Buffet has leased 7,120 SF of retail/restaurant space at 5 Piscataqua Drive in Newington from Smokey Bones. This premier restaurant features Chinese, Japanese and American cuisine and offers an all you can eat, freshly prepared, lunch and dinner buffet. This is Great Bay Buffet's second location opened in NH; its other location is on South Willow Street in Manchester, across from The Mall of New Hampshire. Lisa Kane of The Kane Company listed and leased the space, in addition to procuring the tenant.
