Newington, NH – July 7, 2008 – Bharat Patel has purchased 7.8 acres of land in Newington, New Hampshire from Tyco Integrated Cable Systems, Inc. Mr. Patel will build a La Quinta Motel. The groundbreaking will be March of 2009 with the Grand Opening one year later. He is looking forward to coming to the Portsmouth area.
