Seabrook, NH – December 6, 2010 – James W. Geekie has purchased 5,760 SF on 2.04 +/- acres of industrial space at 148 Batchelder Road, Seabrook, NH from MDM Realty Trust.  For over 30 years, the facility has been home to the Rowe Machine Company owned by Marc Rowe.  Rowe Machine Company provides custom and industrial components to the aircraft, race car, Harley Davidson and consumer industries.  The Company has been professionally held in high regards for their technical prototype work for such companies as General Electric Aircraft Engines and the National Hot Rod Association of Drag Racing.  Jean Kane of The Kane Company procured the seller for this transaction.  Patti Visconte of The Masiello Group procured the buyer.
