Portsmouth, NH – January 2011 – John Deere Landscapes, Inc. has leased 9,000 SF of space at 300 Heritage Ave from The 124 Group.  John Deere Landscapes, Inc. distributes irrigation supplies, nursery and landscape supplies, and lighting systems primarily to installation and construction markets.  The company also offers various landscape supply products, as well as drainage, seed, fertilizer, stone, pottery, edging, and erosion control supplies.  Peter Billipp of The Kane Company listed the space and Margaret O’Brien of CB Richard Ellis procured the tenant.
