The Kane Company Leases 14,350 +/- SF in Gilford, NH |
Gilford, NH – October 19, 2011 – American Cottage LLC has leased and intends to purchase a free standing building on 2.52 acres with 14,350+/- SF of retail, office and warehouse space at 9 Gilford East Drive from Harold E. Abbott American Cottage is a Lakes Region fine home furnishing store with custom furniture, handmade rugs, Tiffany and antler lighting, gifts and antiques. Their rugs were awarded the Architectural Digest 2008 Magnificent Carpet Award. The company was seeking more space for their expanding business.
Jean Kane of The Kane Company listed the space and procured the tenant.
