Dover, NH  –  August 16, 2011    157 Portland Avenue, LLC has leased 1,300+/- SF of retail space to Maureen St. Laurent at 157 Portland Street, Dover, NH.  Ms. St. Laurent has been involved in the beauty industry for several years, both as an instructor and a stylist.  Services at the new M The Salon include hair styling and coloring, nail and skin care and other related beauty services.
