North Conway, NH – July 13, 2011 – The Kane Company has leased 1,232 SF of retail space in a free standing building, a former service station, in North Conway. The site has high visibility on busy Route 16 and is located among the popular outlets and across the street from a new retail center, home of LL Bean, EMS, Borders and Starbucks. Jean Kane of The Kane Company listed the space and procured the tenant.
