ProDev, Inc., purchases 21,000 SF industrial building at Salisbury Industrial Park
Triglione of Kane Company sells 21,000 SF Building to ProDev, Inc., pushing total sales at Salisbury Industrial Park over 101,000 SF.

Salisbury, MA – February 19, 2009 -Anthony Triglione, Broker, with The Kane Company, Inc. has recently completed the sale of 5 Fanaras Drive in Salisbury Massachusetts to ProDev.  This sale represents the final property disposition for Salisbury Industrial Park, LLC, where Triglione has sold 3 buildings over the last 2 years  totaling 81,000 SF.

ProDev, Inc., previously headquartered in Seabrook, NH, had outgrown their facility.  They had been looking for the perfect facility for several years and had made several unsuccessful bid attempts for other properties.  After engaging The Kane Company as their Exclusive Buyer Representative,  Triglione negotiated a deal with Salisbury Industrial Park, LLC in an off-market transaction.

According to Stan Kench, Vice President and General Manager of ProDev, Inc.,  “we were attracted to this location in the Salisbury Industrial Park because of the low property tax rates and the great highway access for our employees who commute from Southern New Hampshire and North Shore Massachusetts”.

Financing was arranged by Eastern Bank and the Small Business Administration.

This transaction brings the total square footage of property successfully leased or sold by Triglione and The Kane Company in the Salisbury Industrial Park to 101,000 sf.
