Alpha Flying, Inc. Leases 13,600 SF in Portsmouth, NH |

Portsmouth, NH – June 30,
2008 – Alpha Flying, Inc. has leased 13,600 SF of office space at 325 Corporate Drive
from 325 Corporate Drive,
LLC. The company, started in 1992,
manages a privately-held fractional aircraft ownership firm operating a fleet
of 29 aircraft. Alpha Flying moved into
a newly constructed 84,000 SF hanger/office facility at Flightline Road in November of 2007 and
quickly found a need for additional office space to support its growing
operations department. Margot McKean and
Bob Marchewka of The Kane Company listed the space and represented the owner of
the building.
