The principals of the company: Michael, John, and Jean Kane, are fully involved in the daily operations of the company, with each holding a financial and personal interest in the Seacoast region. As the CEO, Michael is responsible for the overall direction and profitability of the company, Jean is actively involved in the brokerage arm of the business, and John focuses his efforts on new business initiatives for the Development Services division of the company.
