COMPANY EXPERIENCE
As CEO, Michael Kane is responsible for the overall strategic direction and profitability of The Kane Company, including the Brokerage, Development, and Property Management Divisions. His focus, however, is on the growth of the newly-formed Development Services Division, which provides services for the entire commercial development process, whether building from the ground up or substantially renovating.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
During his career at The Kane Company, Michael has handled some of the area’s most challenging multi-tenant office lease projects. Among these projects are Harbour Place, a landmark historic renovation project in downtown Portsmouth; the Commerce Center, a 320,000 square foot office campus in Portsmouth; and Newington Park, as well as major leases with Bottomline Technologies, Aprisma Management Technologies, and Timberland.
