EXPERIENCE
John entered the Commercial Real Estate Business in 1988
as a broker with The Kane Company. In the early 1990’s he
transitioned into the role of a Principal with a string of acquisitions
from failed banking institutions in Southern New Hampshire. Over
the succeeding fifteen years, and in conjunction with his brother
Michael and high net worth investors, The Kane Company acquired
and developed two and a half million square feet of commercial
properties.
In addition John is an active investor with S & S Partners in several
limited service Marriott Hotels, as well as an active investor with
Newland Development, which builds and owns long term leased
pharmacies throughout New England.
John is currently focused on tenant retention and repositioning of
certain assets, land planning/permitting, and sourcing distressed
asset opportunities in conjunction with The Kane Company.
