EXPERIENCE
Vince is General Manager of The Kane Company and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company and the management of all Company administrative and business support functions, including Information Systems/Technology, Human Resources, and Marketing.

His additional responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the Company's Brokerage line of business. In this role, Vince works closely with our brokers, providing counsel and support throughout the lead generation and listing management process. His duties also include proposal development, financial modeling and analysis, commission invoicing and collection, and performance reporting and assessment.

Prior to joining The Kane Company, Vince held senior management positions with several large, Boston-based companies in strategy and marketing consulting, financial services, and advertising/marketing, serving as Marketing Director on campaigns for many highly recognized national consumer and business brands. He has complemented his large company experience by also serving as Chief Operating Officer of two small firms engaged in advanced business communication technologies and direct marketing strategy & execution.

EDUCATION
Vince has a BA from Brandeis University and an MA from Boston College, where he also taught undergraduate courses in economics in the School of Arts & Sciences and the Carroll School of Business. He has also completed graduate studies at Suffolk University and Bentley College.
