EXPERIENCE
Margot McKean joined The Kane Company’s team of brokers in 2006. Margot’s 11 year career in sales began at EF Education, an international education company located in Boston. As Sales Director at EF, Margot was responsible for developing and implementing competitive sales strategies in conjunction with the CEO and President of the company. She was also responsible for training and managing a large sales staff.

Margot’s main focus at The Kane Company is on office, retail and tenant representation throughout New Hampshire. She is currently representing Irving Oil in their site disposition efforts.

Other recent clients include: The U.S. Government, Pannaway Technologies, Kaplan University, and Portsmouth Regional Hospital

Margot also represents the ownership of Portsmouth Commerce Center, a 350,000 SF office park in Portsmouth, NH, in addition to a number of other large office building owners in the NH Seacoast and Dover area.
