Alex brings a wealth of both industrial and development experience to the Seacoast real estate sector. A proven business strategist, Alex has held posts as Chief Executive Officer for a range of industrial construction companies and, most recently, for the emerging technology firm, Broadcast America. His breadth of experience includes overseeing construction of oil and gas facilities worldwide, to securing institutional funding for large-scale tech initiatives, to supervising the operations of numerous companies. Throughout the course of his diverse career, Alex has refined his skills in areas of land acquisition, planning and development. His tenures as CEO have provided him the advantage of knowing precisely what space considerations come into play when making decisions related to scaling up or down within a company and the most effective means to accommodate such changes.
